Jennifer joined the Department in 2015 and has served as the Re-Entry Coordinator for a federal grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Assistant Warden of Programs at Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center, and the Re-Entry Administrator for the Department. Prior to joining the Department, Jennifer served on the Illinois Prisoner Review Board and held positions in the mental health and legal field with the Cook County Jail and the Office of the State Appellate Defender. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also holds a current State of Illinois license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
